Policies


Orders and Shipping

Bolt Athletics will make very attempt to process and ship in-stock orders same day, however, some orders may take 24-48 hours to process. Please contact us for freight quotes on expedited (Overnight, 2 Day, etc.) orders. Some products may be subject to drop shipment directly from the vendor. In some cases, drop shipped products may take 1-2 weeks to deliver.



Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to return an item, Bolt Athletics will accept returns/exchanges within 30 days of purchase. The product must be in new/unused condition with original tags and packaging. Bolt Athletics does not accept returns/exchanges on used product or on custom orders. Please notify Bolt Athletics by calling 410-997-2658 or service@boltathletics.com so we can authorize the return. The customer is responsible for shipping & handling fees on all returns/exchanges. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Once the product has been received, Bolt Athletics will issue a credit/refund in the form of the original payment method. Bat Warranties and Return

All bats from Bolt Athletics carry the manufacturer’s stated warranty that comes with the bat. If your bat becomes damaged or broken during the warranty period, you will need to contact the manufacturer for replacement or repair.
